Start by painting the popsicle sticks white and let them dry. We used actual leftover popsicle sticks and they worked great and were a nice upcycling craft. I had some white spray paint and tried that, but it took a while to dry. However, the popsicle stick came out streak free!

Next, I used a wire cutter to cut three popsicle sticks in thirds to add some character to the snowflake. This did leave some rough edges I had to touch up with some white paint.

Put a red dot for the nose. Next, pull off a little of the cotton ball to make the beard and a small amount to make the hat pom pom for the hat and attach them with the glue gun.
